Jennifer C. Terzini - Business Manager

Jennifer most recently worked with a municipal bond marketing firm headquartered in Syracuse which she joined in 1987 and was the Director of Operations/Client Administrator for the last ten years of her career with them. As such, she performed a variety of duties including: account management, marketing, human resources, corporate function planning and strategic planning.

Jennifer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ithaca College and attended Syracuse University for a Master's Degree in Social Work.  

To support the continued growth of the business , the owner team recognized the need to centralize operations to enhance the experience for our clients, contractors and associates. The experience she brings with her makes her an integral part of the PLS team. Key responsibilities include: coordinating our coaching/training engagements, working with the Director of Business Development to obtain new business and streamline relationships with current clients, marketing and public relations and general operational issues.

 






 




Our emphasis with clients is to always bridge the gap between organizational theory and real-world business application.
