Terry Charlton – Executive Coach & Regional Director
Terry Charlton is an executive and team coach and corporate training consultant. Ms. Charlton’s approach to coaching integrates various coaching and behavioral models. She helps her clients develop the mindset and skills necessary to achieve and sustain peak performance, expand leadership capabilities, strengthen emotional intelligence, manage stress, handle conflict, shorten learning curves, strengthen “people” skills, and navigate career challenges and transitions. Ms. Charlton’s coaching has resulted in the retention of “at risk” star performers, demonstrable increases in emotional intelligence and people skills at the most senior levels, development of high potential professionals, new career paths, promotions, successful transitions to management and leadership roles, and increased revenues.

Ms. Charlton is an accomplished professional speaker and workshop leader. She is a member of the International Coaches Federation, and the Philadelphia Area Coaches Association. Ms. Charlton is continually honing her craft and participates regularly in coaching training. She is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and The Art of the Question: Questioning Skills for Consultants and Coaches. She received professional coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Hunter College and has completed several graduate courses. While at KPMG and later at Chase Manhattan she received intensive training in management consulting practices, and certification in a wide array of leadership and communication models.
