Winifred M. deLoayza, Ed.D.

Winifred M. deLoayza, Ed.D. is a skilled consultant, researcher and trainer dedicated to promoting individual and organizational growth.  She established DeLoayza Associates in 1981 to help public and private organizations shape their future.  The company specializes in helping organizations and communities to design and implement the processes, which transform their visions into realities.  Specifically, the firm provides executive coaching, consultation training in change management and leadership development.   

                  

DeLoayza Associates partners with leaders in the public and private sector to create change in their organizations through: Individual and team coaching, Consultation, Training, Planning and Facilitation.

Other situations in which Dr. deLoayza and her associates can be of service are community development projects, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, relocations, downsizing and turnarounds and the implementation of cultural changes.

Dr. deLoayza's professional career includes employment in manufacturing, financial services and adult education.  She was awarded a Masters of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction (1975) and a Doctorate in Educational Policies, Programs and Institutions (1978) from the State University of New York at Albany. She is also a certified coach by NewVentures West, San Francisco and in NLP and Erickson hypnosis at the practitioner level. Her instrument certifications include the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis published by Management Research Group and The Leadership Development Framework published by Harthill, UK.

Currently, she is serving as an Executive Coach to senior level leaders at Syracuse Research Corporation and SRCTec and Vicarious Visions a studio for Activison Blizzard. She also serves director level managers at Corning, Incorporated and midlevel managers at Syracuse University in Leadership Development. Her newest assignment is with ARCUS Foundation for performance evaluation.  Her current Organizational Development assignment is with Paul Roberson Performing Arts Company in Syracuse, New York.

In the recent past Dr. deLoayza's clients included: Corning Incorporated-Leadership Training; The New York State Office of the Comptroller- Strategic Planning, Implementation and Leadership Development; New York State Governors Office of Employee Relations – Leadership Development; New York State Office of Environmental Conservation- Advisory Group Facilitation; Oswego County -strategic decision making, organizational redesign, managerial training, measurement systems, analysis models for existing database, and an intranet site with dynamic data manipulation, Midwest Research Institute - study of opportunities for services integration. Dr deLoayza has also been engaged as a strategic planning facilitator for staff groups within Corning Incorporated for Telecommunications Products and Photonics. These staff groups include Corporate Engineering, Strategic Business Systems and, Customer Services.
