The Hay Group's Emotional Competence Inventory
Productivity Leadership Systems uses the Emotional Competence Inventory offered by the Hay Group. This is a multi-rater emotional intelligence assessment tool based on the original research by Dr. Daniel Goleman and Dr. Richard Boyatzis
